  • Andy Taylor

    Andy Taylor

Andy Taylor joined AET full-time in 1993. However, being the son of the company's founder, Tony Taylor, Andy virtually grew up here. Working in AET during the school holidays, and spending weekends with his father at race meetings where they supported customers cars as well as their own, meant that he was surrounded by turbos and motorsports from an early age. Later, Andy graduated from Huddersfield University with an Honours Degree in Computer Aided Engineering. Meanwhile, he pursued his passion for Superkarts, and celebrated many British and European championship wins. Andy took over as AET MD in 2001.

  • Rick Etherington

    Rick Etherington

Rick Etherington is motorsport to the core. After many years working as a technician and foreman with Subaru, he joined RE Motorsport as the Operations Director, and Pro-speed as the Workshop Manager. To AET he brings a unique blend of engineering expertise, motorsport experience and unadulterated enthusiasm for anything that moves quickly! Rick is eminently qualified, and his innate aptitude for motorsport engineering makes him an invaluable member of the AET team.

  • John Marshall

    John Marshall

John Marshall also owes much to his father for inspiring an early enthusiasm for cars and motorsport. After spending his first sixteen years following his dad's stage rallying ventures, he became his navigator. One year later, John wanted to get behind the wheel, and shortly after passing his driving test he competed in a Rally School event at Silverstone where he excelled. John then attended the Ford Junior Rally Academy at the start of 2004. After taking a break to concentrate on his Honours Degree in Automotive Design and Technology, he joined AET in 2010, where he has been building his own car, and is ready to compete in 2012.
